Refund Policy
If your are not entirely satisfied with any product you have purchased from us you may return for a refund or exchange within 28 Days providing the product is in a fully resalable condition. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on customised/personalised items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
